Why do you mention waits and hard seats?
Because they matter. At busy stops on the main loop, you can wait 15–25 minutes for a trolley with free seats. The Ghosts tour has hard wooden benches. The Nights of Lights tour is short (40 min) and sells out near Christmas. I mention these because they’re real — and because for some trips, they make a difference in which tour you pick.
